After having moved from a house with a backyard to a loft apartment building, I had to find a grill I could use in my new living area. So, I started my research for a different to my charcoal grill. I found online some great reviews to the Weber Q100 Portable Gas Grill and decided to give it a try.
I had my doubts whether my food was likely to be as tasty as the one particular grilled on charcoal but, as it turned into, my concerns were out of put.

I was a little concerned about the gas tanks that this grill functions on (I never used one in gaming) but it’s really a no-brainer. I hooked my grill up to your 5 lb propane tank (and it lasted for some time), but I have read that many people use larger gas tanks with a adapter hose.
The grill is a great deal of easier to operate than a outdoor cooking with charcoal grill. It ignites at the push of a button and has a regulator to overpower the heat.
Since I hate clean-up my grill, I found it to be great (and later read the same task from other grill users) using the aluminum foil within the grill. So I clean the grill very fast. Furthermore you can use a foil tray to the drip pan as well.
I use another trick that saves me many cleanup: I brush the grill or the meat with oil therefore the food doesn’t stick so much. I found the book you get with the grill to be almost all helpful. It had some great directions and tips, especially the grilling time charts. Since I’m using this grill a whole lot I bought the folding cart with this model too. It’s such a great accessory into the grill. I recommend you get a grill brush also.
I have to say I’m absolutely enthusiastic about this grill. It’s really worth every penny I paid (the cost is not that high though). I forgot my old charcoal grill on the list of reasons being the fact that the Weber Q 100 gas grill is a great deal of easier to use. You can prepare your food quickly and, what’s important to me, it’s not necessary to have a backyard at your removal. Of course if you are planning a barbecue party in which case you should get a larger one. The Q 100 is perfect for a family of four (like mine) or if you are single, and if you don’t have several hours to grill. Most of changes, when I get from work, I recently light my grill and have a fantastic meal in 20 minutes.
