You may find it humorous to learn that even past the age of forty, I did not quite understand why you would want to wear wool versus cotton. The reason, of course, has everything to do with the seasons of the year.

When living in a colder climate, you cannot get away with heavy cotton in the winter time, the way I did in my old environment. Wool definitely shows its important when you need to keep warm, especially when going outside for a long time.

Wool is marvelous, but in the past, I never understood why anyone would want to own any. Moths like to eat wool and they have a homing mechanism that is very strong. They seem to find wool no matter where you hide it sometimes.

Therefore, you might find that this little tidbit about wool, is one of the more valuable tips you heard of this season. That is, aside from learning about tonsil stone removal for getting rid of bad breath as well as the hydrofloss irrigator for better dental health.

When the time comes for you to be in a much cooler climate than you are used to, be sure to pack a little wool with you. The warmth that it provides is certain valuable for the type of fabric. Wool is often itchy so you Do want something cotton to wear underneath.

The nice thing about wool production, is that it really does no harm the sheep at all. They can have their wool coats removed in the summer so they are cooler and it will grow back for the winter. Talk about ecology and renewable resources – this is it for sure!

Therefore, the key point is that cotton cools the body. Wool warms the body. One keeps the heat in, while the other allows heat to escape. Therefore, you do not want to wear only cotton when it is cold out.

How’s that for a guy who is over forty? Did I figure it out? Wish I knew this twenty plus years ago! But one thing I can tell you is that very often, therabreath, can help you to defeat bad breath!
