As a little girl the word tomorrow never had much meaning to me. Life had infinite possibilities. Going to college and playing outside with my mates was my biggest worries. If you're past the age of 35 you're going to relate to what I'm about to say next.

At present I'm a 42 years old girl with 2 kids, and a wonderful husband. I thought my life was perfect. Then one day as I was going through my morning regime I realized that my hair was thinning. I assumed, well, perhaps its stress. The children are older and more rebellious, and I remembered reading somewhere that stressed caused alopecia. I actually did not give it much more thought.

Approximately 30 Days Later

Here I was standing in the mirror once again. I was nearly certain that my hair was thinning, and it had to be more than just stress. As I went through my day, I felt as if everybody that I faced spotted my thinning hair. My self-esteem has never been so low. My life was curving beyond control. I began to distance myself from my youngsters, my hubby, and my work mates.

I commenced trying each OTC treatment available from the market. I was continually online hunting for miracle solutions. I tried at least a six hair styles. For awhile that caused me to feel a little better, but the truth is my hair was continuing to fall out.

I read online that dying your hair a lighter colour was a good strategy to cover up thinning hair. It was suppose to form an illusion the hair was more dense. It appeared to work for awhile, but the reality is the facts.

After work one day, my hubby was sat at the table. He asked if I'd sit down. I thought to myself this was it. I had been so cold that he was going to ask me for a divorce. To my amazement he had been doing research on baldness restoration. He knew what I was going through without me ever saying a word to him about it. He explained the benefits and disadvantages to me about the process.

Six Months After Having a Hair Transplant

My hair looked stunning, and the better part was it was my natural hair. It essentially looked better now than it probably did before it started thinning. I highly recommend hair restoration to anybody subjected to thinning hair.

Looking backwards over everything, I was astonished to discover the psychological effects that hair loss had on me. Thinning hair nearly demolished my life.

I would recommend that you start your journey by first understanding how your hair grows, and what causes alopecia. Believe it or disbelieve it there is a lot of science behind hair loss.

Next time you are watching a movie be aware of some of Hollywoods leading men. While your at it take a look at the Government press secretary as well as all the hipsters walking down the streets of your neighborhood. It's obvious that beards are in, and that all beards are not made equally.

You've got some men that may grow a full beard with no problem. In fact they can shave their face completely at 7AM and by 7PM they have the entire full stubble thing going on. Then there are those men like me who couldn't grow a full beard if my life depended on it. The good news is there are lots of men that suffer from the inability to grow facial hair just like me. There are so many men afflicted with this problem that it has been given a name, “beard envy”.

But fear not my fellow non-facial hair growing buddies. Beard hair transplants are becoming more popular. This shouldn’t be a surprise because men have been undergoing surgeries so as to augment their appearance for many years. You really didn’t think that all those celebs were gifted by god with the perfect nose, cheek bones, and rock-hard abs naturally did you?

After interviewing one of the industries leading authorities in facial hair transplants (Virginia Surgical Center) the media hype has been confirmed. There has apparently been an increase in beard hair transplants. According to the team at Virginia Surgical Center the majority of men that go through the facial transplant process sometimes request to have a facial patch filled in their beard or mustache.

How Does a Facial Hair Transplant Work?

It is an extremely meticulous procedure. The facial hair transplant team has to remove stands of hair from the donar area. Sometimes the bottom or back of the head. The expert will make a small hole in the face with a 0.8mm blade and insert each one of the hair into place. The trick that splits the best from the rest is knowing how to place the hair at the correct angle. Many untrained doctors will place the hairs in at a straight angle, making a unnatural look.

For full info on beard hair transplants or the hair transplant procedure visit and bookmark the Virginia Surgical Center website. There's a sound reason why they are considered the leading authority on hair restoration.
