One of the most efficient, least invasive ways of opening up a room, short of knocking down a wall, is to beautify it with a variety of mirrors. You can also improve your room’s look by hanging wall mirrors of various kinds on the walls, and you might want to choose mirrors of various shapes and sizes for variety. An entranceway mirror can be a good location to hang your keys or to place your coat so that you’ll have both handy whenever you have to go outdoors.

When you prop a tall mirror, one that stands about as tall as you are, against your wall, your room will suddenly seem to have grown vastly in area.
