Are you a hiring or staffing agency that recruits locally for your applicants?

Do you want to show up on the 1st page of Google in your town or community when your applicants are trying to find a full or temp job?

Are you aware that Google has given you a free listing and almost all of your competitors is oblivious of this

So , what am I talking about and why should you care?

I am also a recruiter that recently discovered that Google is offering free listings to “local” enterprises. Those companies are now permitted by Google Places to place a free listing about their company which will appear in local search results in your city or community.

If this is not part of your online recruiting plan, it should be because most of the competition likely does not know about it, yet.

I’ve been recruiting for over 11 years and am always trying to find new ideas to get my company and jobs in front of the candidates on the internet. Well, I can tell you that this is a welcome boost to whatever selling you are at present doing which will give you further exposure online and in Google!

While going thru the latest slow down in our industry, I discovered “Google Places” and decided I wanted to know more about it and how it may help me. I learned that not only was I able to list my business for free but that I was also able to upload pictures, videos, and so on. At no further cost.

I have been involved with the normal SEO (SEO) for a few years and personally know how tricky and expensive it is to get a business on the 1st page of Google. A “Google Places” listing for your local recruiting business is by far the best thing since the original yellow pages and it Is free.

You can read more about this thing called “Google Places” and how it can help you on my new business site, “Wilmington Local Mobile”. As you will see, this is my new business consulting site that has been optimized for my particular community but is applicable anywhere you live.

By the way, yes, I was able to get my “recruiting” website on the first page of google for critical keywords and can help you if you decide to use my consulting services.

If not, then you’ll still get lots of free information at my new site. My contact e-mail is jim@wilmingtonlocalmobile.com.
