I’ve had Citizen BM8430-59E watch for about 1 month as of this assessment. From looks to function, it doesn’t disappoint. This watch appears to become incredibly well created with close focus paid to detail. You can find no blemishes or misalignment from the watch itself or the bracelet. The finish is good quality; vivid and shiny for the gloss sections and with an even luster on the brushed stainless steel components. I had to get rid of some bracelet links using the Citizen split pin tool that came together with the promotion Amazon was operating. This was not hard to do but expected very careful attention and excellent close-up eyesight.

The watch seemed to be running as soon as I took it out of it’s cylindrical box. I believed that was odd until I read that as soon as the watch is exposed to light, it begins. I left it on the window ledge of my property the initial day in bright sunshine and it has kept operating considering the fact that. Setting the time, day and date was rather easy soon after following the guidelines. So far, immediately after nearly 1 month, my watch has lost about 1 second when compared to the analog atomic clock in my property – not to shabby to say the least!!

This Citizens watches can also be somewhat smaller sized in diameter than a lot of modern watches at 36mm. I’m grateful for this because I’ve a thin wrist. I wanted a new watch that would not appear like a pocket watch strapped to my wrist (and indeed, some watches today are the diameter of old pocket watches!). Additionally, it fits conveniently under the cuff of my shirt whereas I’m not certain that a big diameter thick watch could.

All in all, I have a well created, solar powered, really accurate watch that looks excellent in practically any setting. I’m extremely delighted with my purchase and recommend Citizen.
