So is it easy to choose which is the best company? Kind of.

Unfortunately, too many people pick a company for bad reasons. Regularly a friend invites you to a meeting, or a relative twists your arm, and you join out of your relationship, instead of out of a good business decision. Not a terrific way to choose!

If you are just searching for a pastime, or somewhere to go each Tues. night, I imagine it won’t matter. A few people enjoy joining a “club” and hanging out with others – and that’s perfectly ok.

But if you’re goal is to found your own business – a real business – you want to treat it that way and make good selections.

It is incredible so few new network marketers make an effort to learn exactly what it’ll take to earn money.

Caution!

There’s a problem.

EVERY network marketing company is going to claim they are The only choice. And if you fall for the big talk, you just might believe them.

But let’s be real… Everyone can’t have the greatest products or comp plan or ground floor opportunity.

So , how does one figure out what’s the best network marketing company when all of them appear so outstanding?

Is your goal to earn an income?

As I mentioned, if you’re just in this for meeting friends and hanging out, no problem.

But , if you would like to make money you want to decide what’s the best network marketing company which will work for you . This is crucial. There just is not a single best network marketing company for everybody.

So what do you have to look out for?

I need to tell you what to avoid.

Pre launch: It’s so tempting. Get in at the top. It’s ground floor. Everyone will be under you. Sounds brilliant. But the reality is, tons of MLM companies start up then quickly fail. The reasons may be different but the reality is that these unproven, untried businesses are just too much risk. The level of mismanagement is huge. If you have not fallen victim to a company that closed its doors after you sponsored a team, trust me… It isn’t something you want to do.

Unreal, Far-Fetched Products: A co-worker once gave me a plastic ball that you put in the washer which was meant to wash your clothing better than detergent. It was a plastic ball! Best I could tell… It didn’t do anything. I am betting that company didn’t last long. Or what about the high-tech products? With the velocity technology changes, more than one company has vanished quickly when their products no longer were interesting in the market (like long distance phone services).

Narrow Market Products: I won’t say this is always something to avoid, but do you really want a product that only is desirable to a tiny group? Like all women, young, old, for example? So an anti-aging product might disqualify 3/4ths of the marketplace you’re making an attempt to sell to. You need to think about your market place.

So , how does one choose the right MLM company?

Leadership.

The right sponsor. Nothing else will make more of a difference to you in your new business venture. Nothing else will be even close.

But who is the right sponsor? Is it anyone who’s made money? No. It helps, but no.

Is it your acquaintance colleague or relative who just joined last week? Obviously, no.

A great sponsor must be able to teach you precisely how to make money. It. In a method that you can learn and do. That is it. And only a few distributors in the business are truly able to do it! Many can tell you what they do, or about their achievement. But unless YOU can do it, it’s THEIR story not YOURS!

So start with doing your research. Don?t make bad choices. Position yourself with someone that CAN and WILL teach you how you can make money. Till you find it, don’t join!
