Wow, only 5 hours left until we will be in our reserved seats in the central Olympic athletics stadium! This is a time I’ve been dreaming about for over a month since my spouse and I acquired our tickets.

I need to admit that before the Paralympics started I was a small bit uncertain about viewing people with disabilities confirm they’re not like able-bodied folk. But once the Paralympics commenced and I saw on my television the supreme commitment that these heros make I was no longer in the slightest bit concerned about their disabilities.

For me the entire point of the Paralympics is just that it shows what human beings can achieve. These games are a celebration of folks who each day of their lives demonstrate what they can do. They do not accept that their incapacities prevent them from living full and active lives. They affirm that there are things that they can’t do and simply get on with what they can do.

There’s a lesson here for all people – don’t worry about what you can’t do, do what you can do and do it exceptionally well. For those of us enthusiastic about business coaching this is a crucial lesson that we are forever intending to get across to our coachees.

Therefore tonight as I observe the great Mike Weir pursuing after his third gold medal in the 800 metres wheelchair final, and as I watch Britain’s Jonnie Peacock competing with the exceptional Oscar Pistorius in the 100 metres final I will doubtless be overawed by their accomplishments, by their exceptional courage and by the fantastic self-confidence of people who have the sheer guts to put all they have on the line so as to show everybody they’re proud of themselves and proud of what they can do.

Record the actions, words and feelings of the finest performers. Then download that information to a potent decoder that analyses and codes the behaviour. Transfer the code to your personal control panel so you can reproduce excellence and self-esteem when necessary. This is how NLP Techniques work. NLP Practitioner David Ferrers will show how to build your own control panel during Business Training. You’ll then have the power to influence viewpoints and outcomes. He works for the workers of major companies like Dell, Yves St.Laurent, J&J, and GM.

It was one of the best moments in my life when I discovered how to employ the Key to Happiness. Until that time I had never known that I had been carrying the key around inside me for all of my life.

Most people apparently think that happiness is the result of something that happens to them. Perhaps happiness for them is having serious money, so they think that they need to win the lottery in order to feel happy. Or it could be that happiness is having a loving partner, so they believe that they must find such a partner who is somewhere out there in the world. Or perhaps happiness is being free, so they must discover a way to be free themselves from the constrictions of having to go to work.

But from our NLP training we know that none of this is right. Happiness is already inside of you and once you start to broadcast your own happiness to the world around you, the world mirrors happiness back to you in whatever form you want.

You have likely spotted that when you smile others often smile back at you. This is true, try it. The same point is true of happiness, if you radiate it out to the world around you it sends it back.

Hence if you’re looking for a partner to make you happy, smile at any likely candidates who you come into contact with. And make certain you give them a big, full beam smile full of happiness. You will be surprised by how many possible partners smile back at you.

Smiling makes you much more approachable.

Smiling is a signal that you’re feeling inner happiness. The more that you smile the greater the happiness you’ll feel and the happier you’ll make others feel. And when you make other people feel happy they will make you feel happy.

The vital point is that you must make up your mind that you want to feel happy, and then smile to make everybody else understand exactly how you feel. The secret is to “act as if” you’re feeling happy and soon you will find that you do feel happy.

Imagine a precision instrument that records the actions, words and feelings of the best performers. Then download that data to a powerful decoder that analyses and codes the behaviour. Transfer the code to your personal control panel so that you can reproduce excellence at will. This is how NLP Techniques work. NLP Practitioner David Ferrers will show you how to build your own control panel during Business Coaching, or at one of his NLP Training workshops or during NLP Practitioner Training in India.

Anywhere we go we can always find difficult people to handle. Naturally we are surrounded by “toxic” people. These folks can make life and work hard. This goes true in a company. With the various persona and attitudes that exist in a workplace, coping with difficult people could be at times unavoidable.

Great self-esteem, confidence in addition to courage are essential so that you can take care of a difficult person. But the sad fact is that not most of us is strong and has these attributes. That is why it is important for workers and also managers to have the knowledge in dealing with difficult people effectively.

According to studies, only 30-40 percent of a manager’s daily work is allocated to coping with some type of interpersonal conflicts. If the manager is unable to fix to these issues efficiently then the turmoil in the workplace may lead to a considerable loss of work productivity and negatively affect individuals that work there. Considering that teamwork is usually a problem in many work environments and a company needs people who work effectively together, it’s advisable to find a method to enable employee handle a difficult individual. Because of this, most businesses consider inviting professional keynote speakers.

A keynote speaker not only can give motivation yet can also provide best ways to take care of someone being difficult and help every single employee work together.

It gets difficult for a certain employee to handle a person who attempts to damage his professional capability or try to attack him personally. There are several types of difficult people which exist and in varying situations. Here are a few examples of difficult behaviors mostly experienced in a workplace:

• Lack of ability to listen

• Contending for power or spotlight

• Talking too much

• Consistently demeaning others

• Playing favorites or unfair treatment

• Cyber slacker

• Threatening or harassing co-workers

• Disregarding directive

• Gossiping

• Rudeness

• Constant complaining to supervisors

• Discriminating others

Whatever the behavior is, it has to be addressed, particularly if it is already affecting an employee’s capacity. Nonetheless, often, the person is not aware that she or he is causing a problem or he might be doing these things purposely. In the event that difficult people aren’t addressed and so the scenario won’t get any better. Personal attacks may cause shock to someone and can have an effect on work performance. That’s the reason why any issue in a workplace needs to be addressed without delay sensibly as well as with self-control.

Inviting interesting motivational speakers over in a training, seminar, business meeting, or company event can enlighten your staff with the positive ways and provide tools to properly handle a person being difficult and also get the positive results they really want. These speakers can be able to examine different techniques and also the best steps to be taken. Many of these speakers focus on handling interpersonal conflicts and may recommend speaking directly to the party involved and talk about the issue properly.

Considering that managers, supervisors and other employees have little time to handle these issues then it’s a good plan of action to hire a valuable keynote speaker to train your staff address difficult people, get rid of conflicts at work and become more focused on important tasks in the organization.
