Why I Am Greatly Looking Forward To Visiting The Paralympic Athletics Tonight

Wow, only 5 hours left until we will be in our reserved seats in the central Olympic athletics stadium! This is a time I’ve been dreaming about for over a month since my spouse and I acquired our tickets.

I need to admit that before the Paralympics started I was a small bit uncertain about viewing people with disabilities confirm they’re not like able-bodied folk. But once the Paralympics commenced and I saw on my television the supreme commitment that these heros make I was no longer in the slightest bit concerned about their disabilities.

For me the entire point of the Paralympics is just that it shows what human beings can achieve. These games are a celebration of folks who each day of their lives demonstrate what they can do. They do not accept that their incapacities prevent them from living full and active lives. They affirm that there are things that they can’t do and simply get on with what they can do.

There’s a lesson here for all people – don’t worry about what you can’t do, do what you can do and do it exceptionally well. For those of us enthusiastic about business coaching this is a crucial lesson that we are forever intending to get across to our coachees.

Therefore tonight as I observe the great Mike Weir pursuing after his third gold medal in the 800 metres wheelchair final, and as I watch Britain’s Jonnie Peacock competing with the exceptional Oscar Pistorius in the 100 metres final I will doubtless be overawed by their accomplishments, by their exceptional courage and by the fantastic self-confidence of people who have the sheer guts to put all they have on the line so as to show everybody they’re proud of themselves and proud of what they can do.

Record the actions, words and feelings of the finest performers. Then download that information to a potent decoder that analyses and codes the behaviour. Transfer the code to your personal control panel so you can reproduce excellence and self-esteem when necessary. This is how NLP Techniques work. NLP Practitioner David Ferrers will show how to build your own control panel during Business Training. You’ll then have the power to influence viewpoints and outcomes. He works for the workers of major companies like Dell, Yves St.Laurent, J&J, and GM.
