- 4 rectifier diodes (look for 1n4001 or maybe 1n4007)

Solder the LEDs as one from one positive terminal to a negative terminal. Positives are the lengthened ones, the negatives the shorter version. If you had to use 2 boards, get a cord to connect the last negative from the first positive of the next board.
Then, add the bridge rectifier. Hook up its positive terminal to the positive line of your very first diode then connect the rectifier’s negative terminal to the shortened leg of the last LED. When successfully done, cut the leads of the socket adapter and then solder these into the neutral (~) terminals of the rectifier.
