HP recently revealed that its Exstream consumer communications management solution software had been singled out by Forrester Research as a business leader among other top sellers in The Forrester Wave: Document Output For Client Communications Management, 3rd Quarter 2011.
Exstream got top rankings in the “Current Offering” and “Market Presence” categories by this Forrester Research enterprise report. HP’s Exstream 8.0 is built for for strategic firm management of multichannel buyer communications.
The Forrester report stated , “HP Exstream leads with good overall balance. HP leads the crowd with top numbers across needed capacities as well as continued strength for high volume applications and a growing customer installed base.” The report also recognised that HP’s top ranking in the Market Presence class “reflected a powerful market presence and wonderful systems to meet emerging DOCCM needs.” Adding that HP had a “much improved interactive capacity and continued strength for structured and batch applications.”
Avi Greenfield, HP’s product chief for Exstream declared, “HP Exstream’s placement as a leader in the Forrester Wave report is substantiation that our technique and focus on meeting customer needs is working. More than 700 ventures around the world are using HP Exstream to build loyalty and form lasting shopper relationships, while driving top-line revenue growth.”
The Forrester Wave report outlines DOCCM as software used to compose, format, individualize and distribute content to support physical and electronic client communications and improve the purchaser experience. This independent research firm places vendors into four “waves”: leaders, powerful performers, contenders and dangerous bets.

HP’s Exstream helps corporations to streamline document creating processes and produce better method of communications for delivery of print, web, SMS and email. Unique papers like decal paper and synthetic paper can be used.
